EXPLAIN TO US WHAT IT IS YOU DO?
I find brands that want to stand out within their categories by tapping into the power of sound. We discuss their challenges, goals and existing brand design to establish the best way to communicate who they are, be it through sonic branding, custom podcasts, or interactive audio.
WHY IS SOUND SO ESSENTIAL TO BRANDS?
Sound has been scientifically proven to engage the brain faster than any other stimulus. What’s more, it enables us to create our own imagery to visualize the sound. When your mind creates the visuals, you’re more likely to create positive, personalized experiences, which in turn lead to greater recall and response.
HOW HAS THE PANDEMIC AFFECTED THE AUDIO INDUSTRY?
The pandemic dramatically increased the popularity of on-demand audio. People began binging podcasts the same way they do Netflix. Because audio is the medium that best allows us to multi-task, our trusty headphones became our working from home companion.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT WORKING IN AUDIO?
Bringing brands to life by using the color of sound. When you create that perfect match to a brand’s vision, the joy and appreciation from our clients is very rewarding.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE THING ABOUT WORKING FOR REEL2MEDIA?
The people! They are hard-working, kind, collaborative, forward-thinking solutionists. Together we are a family-oriented team and very supportive of each other. Plus, we have fun!

TELL US ABOUT A SONG OR SOUNDTRACK THAT GIVES YOU CHILLS?
Arrival of the Birds – London Cinematic Symphony. It’s a poignant compilation of my current journey and truly one of the most beautiful songs. It’s powerful and balanced, both gentle and strong. Its ups and downs, peaks and valleys create a feeling of soaring above the world. I love the fluidity and movement that feels like continuous growth and love. It’s my go-to inspiration when I need to be in a creative space.
